Oni mains, What is the blood fury cooldown?
I'm new to the Oni and loving him, however I noticed certain addons mention reducing the blood fury cooldown. What exactly does it do? Does it even make a difference? I get the demon dash cooldowns, that's the running ability. how does a cooldown affecting the blood fury power work?

Blood fury cooldown is when your power expires
Wait so does it increase the time you have or decrease? because it sounds like it decreases?
when his power runs out he's essentially slowed down for a second or two before returning to normal
cooldown addons reduce the time, making you return to normal quicker
thank you. I think I understand properly now.
