Thank you for flagging this. We're actively trying to resolve this right now, hopefully by sending a further email with the correct code.

Yes I did. I did received holiday wishes, just not the the second email, the one with correct code.

I guess I won't get that 50k BP, same as I didn't get 200k BP with steelseries app code problem. 😐️ @Jocelynbee
