Killer general perks - my Feedback
Dear BHVR,
would like to share my opinions on killer general perks in this thread. I would appreciate to know if you read this, cause I will use up much time give feedback in english (it isnt my original language, so I might end up wording wrong) in hope of some future changes for making the game more enjoyable by having more benefits out of the perks.
(all numbers are just my guesses)
1 Bitter Murmur: Increase the range to 24 meters.
2 Deerstalker: Just good for slugging builds, and thats probably nothing to promote as its actually not ingame (perks are ingame counters) counterable.
3 Distressing: Is fine as a niche perk.
4 Hex: No One Escapes Death: Oh Yes, here we go. The most discussed perk all times on killer side. I personally think that its not good for gamehealth like it is, cause it can turn tides pretty harsh. Its likely comparable to Devour Hope. I would change it to a token based system as following: “Once the Exit Gates are powered, if there is a Dull Totem remaining on the Map, this Hex is applied to it. If no Dull Totem is remaining a random broken Totem will be replenished, and this Hex is applied to it. Each time you hook a survivor you get a token (until a maximum of 8 token).
While this Hex is active, it gains the following effects:
0-2 Token: Survivors suffer from Blindness Status Effect
up to 4: Additionally your Movement Speed is increased by 5%
up to 6 Token: Additionally Survivors suffer from Exhausted Status Effect
up to 8 Token: Additionally Survivors suffer from Exposed Status Effect.”
5 Hex: Thrill of the Hunt: Increase Bonus-BP to 15%. And let it be a visual notification (location reveal) on hex totems.
6 Insidious: Should be reworked, cause it only promotes camping, which is unfair to survivor side. “Every time you engange in a chase you become undetectable for 15 seconds.” So the stealth aspect still applies.
7 Iron Grasp: Is fine.
8 Monstrous Shrine: Rework needed soo badly. If you want to cling to it make it the following:
“Each time you hook another survivor you gain a token. For every token it will apply the following effects:
The penalty to escape attempts increases by 3%.
The changes of escaping the hook decrease by 0.5%.
The progression of the entity increases by 3%.
Effects double on survivors hooked in the basement.”
9 Sloppy Butcher: Is fine.
10 Spies from the Shadows: Increase the range to 32/40/48 meters, or make it work outside of 48/40/32 meters range. Then you may need to adjust the cooldown to 20 seconds.
11 Unrelenting: Is fine for new killer players to get used to attacks.
12 Whispers:Is fine.
