We should get points for recovering.
A lot of times when you fully recover it all goes to waste when the Killer picks you up and your time might have been better spent just crawling away.
I think Survivors should get points in the Survival category for recovering themselves, maybe 10 times the % of recovery, up to ~1000 points (You usually can't fully recover, so slightly less than 1000). They should also get some points for being picked up by another Survivor and maybe some extra points for picking themselves up (with Unbreakable or No Mither).
This would also encourage Survivors to recover instead of just sitting there doing nothing so when you go to heal them you can actually pick them up.
