Generally, how they act at endgame chat is generally how you can get an easily reportable offense off of someone who is acting immature.
Within game, there's no major offense besides Killers holding the game hostage, I think Survivors working with Killers also, and generally some other stuff that you can read off of the report page that comes up when making a report at endgame. Steam/Sony/Microsoft has their own means of needing to report someone if their names are offensive to you or others.
