If there would normally not be an obsession, will a survivor bringing this item force an obsession?
If that's the case, even if nobody runs any obsession perks, including killer, but you bring the add on, is it at all possible that YOU become the obsession even though it decreases your chance?
How much does an obsession perk increase your chances? And how much does the wedding ring decrease them?

in a similar way to what happens if a killer brings in an add-on that specifically affects your obsession without any obsession perks being in play

I think it's possible for you to become the obsession, but only if you run a bunch of perks that increase your chances.
