Should only be able to be used on Other survivors not the survivor wielding.


The Devs seem to have no interest in fixing the BUG where when you are about to down a survivor, you infact get that MAGICAL second hit, and suddenly they tapped spacebar and are now fully healed.

    Is that what that is? I had a similar experience in a game earlier, downed a guy and he popped right back up to full in an instant.

    The bug should be fixed, not that you can use it on yourself

    I don't consider it a bug since the syringe heals a survivor two health states which means if your were downed and you were healed with a syringe you'd be healthy instead of injured. Also, not a lot of people play survivor just to do that. It's pretty uncommon really.
