Updated EULA feedback
If you were REALLY concerned about harassment, you'd do two simple things:
1) Remove end game chat entirely - it serves no purpose
2) Honor Steam blocks of other players
Since you do neither of those, and the second I've requested many months ago, you're updated EULA is a bit laughable.
Further, if people employed by BHVR play this game (and stream) using their BHVR name, harassment by them shall constitute harassment by BHVR and open BHVR up to liability - something your legal department should think about.
If employees moderate other streamers using their BHVR name, they shall be considered condoning all conduct that goes on during that stream - include breaches of the griefing rules that BHVR has defined.
Lastly, if you appear in any stream using your BHVR name, you should expect to be treated as an employee and therefor EXPECT questions to be asked and give only accurate information. If you don't want questions, don't use your BHVR name/id - pretty simple.

Game chat, can be fun, its not all toxic. It is sometimes nice communicating finally with your teammates or the killer after the match, in friendly/joking ways. Ends up with laughs etc.
The EULA was from May or so, the screen popup was done because of people using switch had issues seeing it.
Also, If you have questions I suggest using the appropriate forums to communicate, which is probably listed in a contact them section, you will have a better chance of getting it answered, most likely.
1) you can hide it personally at any time.
2) question - what does blocking a player do on steam anyways? (except not being able to receive messages)
