so, from what we know there will be a special hook and a special gen. putting a survivor on the hook, or repairing the gen, will give you extra bloodpoints, and if its like last year, some serum. there will be an offering that will increase the amount of special hooks and gens on the map.
again, if its like last year, if you get enough serum you'll be able to get some of the Hallowed Blight cosmetics for free
Can you still get last years hallowed blight cosmetics from the serum?
This year works like how most events work, Killers have special hooks, survivors have special gens, if you hook/do a gen you get tons of BP and tokens which you can use too buy the cosmetics for free.
I wish it was last year's event with the cankers because it made a second objective that wasn't just doing gens, and games took long and were fun. I fear this year will be just another "rush gens as fast as possible" like old events were.
We will find out, as r/leaksbydaylight says otherwise atm
we dont know yet. i would hope so.
I love the trappers hallowed blight cosmetics I hope they do
I know you said serum and I know that’s what it should have said, but my brain still read “sperm.”
*re-reads what he said, but serum is sperm*
How did your brain do this?
Apparently my mind is in the gutter without my consent.
whatever floats your boat man XD
Putrid Sperm. All the Hallowed Blight cosmetics are the same except the orange serum on all the skins is now mysteriously white.
If memory serves me well, the extra BPs are only available if you put up an offering.
Please correct me if I'm wrong!
it says "as a killer hook a survivor on a cankerous hook for the first time to earn bonus bloodpoints" and, "as a survivor repair a cankerous generator to earn bonus bloodpoints"
but also says "using this offering increases the amount of bloodpoints earned for these interactions"
so, i think it offers more regardless, but offers even more if you use the offering.
OK, cool, that was just how I was remembering it from previous events!
Just ready to P3 Steve/Nancy/Demo, so I can max out the event offerings on cheap bloodwebs! :)
