If a survivor unhooks themselves within the killer's terror radius borrowed time should activate this gives the survivor a fighting chance if they are being camped and have deliverance.

Not really. I like that a Counter to BT is that you can hit the person who just is unhooking. But making Deliverance super-safe... You can always equip DS with Deliverance.
And if a Survivors gets camped and is on the Hook again after Deliverance because of no DS (you need DS tbh)... Sucks for him, but this is happening on quite a rare occasion anyway.

Eh. There's better ways to curb camping (hopefully), it's not the worst thing i've ever heard. But I can see someone in Endgame who hasnt been hooked (which good on them) getting hooked, then Deliverance + BT'ing themselves to the gate.
