Make Surge's regression apply to all generators on the map, and the explosion to the terror radius.
Title.
I think this should be done because surge is a very good perk on paper, but it's conditions are terrible. Most of the map is a dead spot with this perk since you won't be near generators when you down someone usually. If the regression applies to the map it solves the deadzones and it causes a slowdown that can possibly rival ruin that requires survivor interaction to correct, with generator explosion being tied to the terror radius to punish going down near the generators, a result of not getting far enough from the killer.

Lol no
You haven't played demogorgon or used surge by the sound of it. Surge is extremely underwhelming considering what it says on the tin.

Stealth killers have grab potential tho; ghostface has no problem caus his terror radius returns on attack and Myers would be the only one who can't use it, which makes sense since he's not meant to be extremely aggressive until he hits T3, which isnt much of the time.

Meh, i would just remove the basic attack requirement
Nope BUT a purple or red add-on doing this I wouldn't mind.
Does anyone have any specifics on surge for me. Does surge cause 8% regression on all generators instantly and does the explosion count as a missed skillcheck(+ extra regression)?
Having surge mapwide doesn't really sound that fun tbh. It also doesn't help much since usually if there is a gen outside your tr it's probably being worked on so it wouldn't matter that much.
It just needs a much larger radius and to have zero cooldown.
The generators explode like a missed skillcheck do 8% regression, and also start regressing.
Maybe increase the radius to 40-50 meters and add a progression pause to any generator outside of your terror radius for 5-10 seconds. Something along those lines.
If I had to pick one thing to change.. it would have to be the basic attack restriction. I can’t help but picture a Goddess Huntress throwing a Hail Mary or Hillbilly sprinting into a group of survivors singing Kumbaya around a generator.
