My second perk in the Bloodweb for Legion was Discordance :(

No way for me to avoid leveling it up and making it worse. Can we please reverse the values on Tier 1 and 3? Since having a shorter timer for Discordance is better because you know sooner when the Gen is once again being repaired by one or fewer Survivors.

Its not a matter if it works, its the only perk that gets worse when tiered

This. I know there are a few perks that people prefer lower-tieres for their own reasons, but Discordance is the only perk to my knowledge that becomes straight-up worse the higher the tier.
