Killer idea: Mimic
Map: An old french castle.
Lore: In a forgotten land lost to history. Lived a King with his two daughters Melisandre and Elena.
Melisandre was adventurous and always full of energy. Whilst Elena was more reserved and liked to read books.
All three lived in an enormous castle in the middle of a forrest. Legend say's a hunter use to steal children at night, never to be seen again. Only folk lore of course.
One day, Elena was once more going through the books at her disposal in the royal archive. Not finding anything interesting she decided to go look through her father's study. Although it was forbiden he was out of town for buisness, he wouldn't notice.
Walking towards the study she had a sense of danger. Her father had been rather quick to anger since his hunting accident. Before she could overthink it, she entered the study and started roaming through the books.
One in particular attracted her eyes. It was made of flesh colored leather and tied together with what seemed to be actual human hair. Elena too curious pick it up.
As she was looking at it terror grasp her insides. There was a belly button on the cover...and the leather felt...too soft...too real...she then realized with horror that this book was made from real human flesh.
Elena screamed and ran away dropping the book on the Floor. As she was running away an old story told by her nan came to mind, "As dark as the night, as cold as ice and with an hunger that cannot be satisfied. This creature can take the shape of anything or anyone they consume".
To others this may have seemed like fantasy but Elena knew it to be true...she dreamed of all this before!
Suddently, a scream could be heard through out the castle but then immediatly stopped. It sounded like a pig had been gutted and then silenced.
-SISTER!
Coming out of the shadow a hand grabbed Elena from behind and then another was put on her mouth.
At first she was terrified but as her eyes were adapting to the shadow. She could see it was Melisandre.
- I don't know what is happening but screaming clearly isn't the right solution. I'll take my hand off now don't scream. Said Melisandre slowly taking her hand away.
- Did you see Edmund ? I...I found a book going through father's study. It was made of real human flesh and hair. Like the book those creatures make after their done eating in nan's story. Explained Elena.
-Are you sure that's what you saw ? Perhaps...
-I know what I saw!
Both were startled by steps coming towards them. It was their butler, covered in blood with a maniac look on his face. He looked around but finding nothing he left in a hurry.
-See! Edmund didn't look like himself! Said Elena almost crying.
-Where did you find the book ? Maybe there's something in it that can help us! Thought Melisandre.
-I dropped it on the study as I was running away. Remembered Elena.
Try to distract Edmund I'll go get it...
After a little while Elena tried doing just that. Breaking statues and even throwing books down hallways. It seemed to work but then...Edmu..it...started crying...was it suppose to ?
-YOU ALREADY TOOK ONE ! ISN'T ENOUGH?!
Elena's brain started working at 100x its regular speed. She slowly got out of her hidding spot...
-ELENA! You're Alive! Have you seen your sister ! We have to leave the Castle tonight a...
- I didn't see Melisandre...but I think I saw it...and I lead the demon to its book...
Both exchange a terrified look.
Another guttural scream could be heard. It was the last we ever saw of the entire castle and its inhabitants. As if they vanished the same night.

Killer: Mimic
Height: Small
Speed: 4.6
Powers;
1- Transfiguration: the creature can turn into a chest, a locker or a generator. It will fake a sound of terror radius increasing, as if getting closer, nearby the disguised Mimic. If a survivor interract with them, the creature will be revealed and attack the survivor(s). They will gain the broken status and reveal the location of a generator being worked on at least 40m away.
2- Book of the dead: After the second time a survivor is hooked, the book is created.
It allows the killer to take the shape of survivors and gain the ability to summon a fake survivor.
It will not attack but will find a survivor and mimic all their actions for 20s attempting to gain his/her trust. It will then charge and grab the survivor for 10s revealing the survivor's aura to the killer.
Perks;
1- It could be anywhere: Cause 1 aura or 1 sensory reading perks to randomly go on cd each 60s/50s/40s for 2/3/4 survivors.
2- Devious: Gain 10%/15%/20% bp for deviousness actions.
3- Traitor: When in a chase for 30s/25s/20s the location of another survivor, at least 80m/60m/40m away from the killer, is revealed.

Perks;
1- Gaze into the flames: when standing still next to a fire for 25s/20s/15s reveal the killer's aura to the survivor for 3s/4s/5s. It then cause the blindness status for 60s/50s/40s.
2- Day dreamer: When the survivor enter the killer inner terror radius this perk activate. They temporarly do not creat scratch marks for 6s/8s/10s but the survivor will scream and reveal their location when this ends.
3- Royals: the survivor can be healed 20%/25%/30% faster but will moan 30%/40%/50% louder when injured.

if you have object of obsession would you see the aura of whatever its taken? and would you be able to see the dead survivor since its technically a killer?
Hmmm well yes the killer would see the obsession and yes the survivor would be able to see the Mimic is ex: a fake generator.
If that was the question. :P
seems like you would be stuck waiting for someone. Doesnt seem helpful but we all want a viable killer that can disguise itself... its just hard. Interesting tho. Well done
also traitor is a good perk. And id like a castle map
I changed it a bit and added a survivor.
Basically yes the idea is to wait BUT I added an increasing terror radius when hidding so ppl have an incentive to go into a locker or do a gen to distract the killer.
Although at 4.6 speed you can just run after ppl to try to unlock your book of the dead sooner.
