You can easily deny the complete Surge perk if you don't go down next to generators that are being repaired.
new survivor’s perks are very bad. Only killers write good comments about them
How exactly do these perks synergize at all.
NOED's effect is only present when Surge's is not since the gens are all completed at that point.
The survivor perks are on the same power level as the new killer perks.
Still no. Cruel Confinement will have already procced every time it can have by the time NOED procs.
2 of them are meta candidates.
Specifically Second Wind and Inner Strength
Babysitter is pretty good
The other 3 are alright but nothing amazing.
@NuclearBurrito You will probably see Second Wind & Inner Strength from time to time, but they won't become meta.
Babysitter is not that useful. Who would give up DS, Adrenaline, BT, DH/BL for Babysitter?
Fixated has the highest potential of the survivor perks as it's nice for stealth play.
It makes me sad when i make a joke on the forums and people just come here to argue.

@DudeDelicious BT & DS are a lot more powerful than Babysitter. Which perk will you leave at home so you can run Babysitter?
New meta: all four survivors run Borrowed Time, Babysitter, Breakdown, and DS.
@DudeDelicious So your current strategy is to give the killer an easy hook so he doesn't go after the unhooked person?
@DudeDelicious I understand the reasoning behind the death hook situation, but I think it's better to be healthy and being able to tank hits. And if the killer wants to kill the Dying Light, he will ignore you.
I don't care about pipping as long as there aren't any rank rewards. Also I don't care about me personally getting out of the gates, I just want to be the number of survivors escaping to be as high as possible.
