Why do licensed killer splinters still appear even after you own them?
It would be nice so they didnt cost me 7k bloodpoints for nothing when I'm forced to buy them..plus..it could be very easily something more useful ^^;..

Because you bought the killer for ACs, basically. If you bought the DLC with the killer, you'd not be finding their splinters anymore.
Well..that seems..kind of rediculous
