Grisly Chain

This might sound like a dumb question but I'm genuinely quite curious. Add ons like Grisly Chain or Rusted Chain on Bubba sound pretty good. But does the repair speed debuff start right away, or does it count down when they're on hook? Because honestly if it's counting towards the 120 seconds WHILE hooked, that's sort of dumb, because generally after somebody gets unhooked they're going to run away, then heal or get healed. So in many circumstances it seems like that debuff won't even effect the game really...


Is this better to run with Speed Limiter or something? Let me know, because it isn't really specifically explained in the description or any of the wikis.

    I'm pretty sure the moment you hit them with a saw. So yes, IT IS dumb.

    Yeah that answers it haha. Pretty much makes those add ons useless. It should be applied as a status effect until they heal or something to where it actually EFFECTS the game. Like it's applied to the next generator they work on no matter what.
