It's not Suggestive's fault, she's just the messenger, not the person who ultimately decides what happens. However, you shouldn't really be doing it for the reward, you should be doing it for the passion and growth of the game, ya know?
Anyways, I feel like they might give you a reward, but only 18/20 of the total reward.
You also wasted the dev's time by providing them with your incomplete data that they must filter out

Asking for a reward for doing 18/20 games doesn't sound completely unreasonable, and I could see why you are upset.
But you didn't do all 20, and that's that. They don't owe you.
