Make Tp Freddy's time depend on the distance the gen is located (max 3 seconds)
I think it is a logical change:
If Freddy is close to a GEN if he makes a TP do not take (3 seconds as it currently takes to any generator) my suggestion is that it takes less time if he makes a Tp to a nearby generator for example 1 second, if he makes a TP medium distance 2 seconds and distant generators 3 seconds.

The teleport is strong as it is.
I've thought about it myself but I think it's alright at the moment
Though it would be interesting if medium generators took only a little over half of your teleport bar compared to far away generators taking it all
