An idea to help with Exhaustion Recovering to make Exhaustion Perks more Sufficient

Stunning the killer with a pallet recovers 25% of exhaustion. This'll give the survivor an opportunity to use their exhaustion perk a second time during chase and allows their exhaustion perk to be active more often. It's balanced because it requires the use of a pallet and a stun off the killer which doesn't happen all the time; depending if the survivor needs to drop the pallet early to avoid getting injured/downed. Survivors can benefit from this even more if their playing against a killer who eats pallets.

"Well what is the survivor camps the pallet?"

Just pretend your gonna lunge to get them to use the pallet

"Does a stun from decisive strike recover the exhaustion as well?"

No, it only applies for pallets

Vote up if you like this idea! I would very much appreciate it and who knows, this could probably make it into the game.

Killers themselves are not weak, the in-game mechanics is what makes most killers struggle.

@RaginRendon Killers only exist as mechanics in game given a coat of paint. You're just saying that Killers are weak.

How? All killers actually have pretty good powers but things like infinite loops, safe loops, and the speed that gens get done is the reason why most killers abilities are not always too useful unlike nurse's, hillbilly's and spirit's.

  • @RaginRendon A Killer's power is just another game mechanic.

A Killers power (overall strength not the unique ability) is determined by the sum of all the game mechanics and the odds that gives the Killers, which unless you're one of the top tiers isn't very good odds.

As for the Killers unique power. You can only judge if it's good or not by how useful it is. There simply isn't another metric to use besides aesthetics or something very specific, but the only useful metric for determining a good power from a bad power is usefulness.

Usefulness is determined primarily as a factor of 2 things:

Your goal (and how the power helps achieve it directly)

    and

The obstacles in the way of your goal (and how the power helps remove them)

since powers such as the Doctor's Leatherface's and Legion are not effective at those things their powers are bad.

If the obstetrical and goals were different that would be another story. But that's not the case so they're bad.

Well let's just hope that these bloody devs will buff these killers sometime in the future.
