Do 180 seconds of altruistic boredom

It's too much.
Everyone has self care, there is no 180 seconds of healing someone.
I played for 6 matches now and have 120. And I always go for saves and try to heal people.

Please revert this change.
It's pointless with perks like self care.

    I dont want to rank to get a daily ritual which isnt meant to be that hard.

    Just remove SC or nerf it into oblivion, its about time anyway

    Also I never had that quest, did they introduce new ones?
