I can hear it too as survivour. Its really weird. Probably another big there about a dozen new bugs this patch.
This shocked the hell out of me when I heard it and it was also hilarious. Her sounds went back to normal at end of the game though when she was chasing me towards the exit.

Julie has the same issue... wish that the Legion was split into 4 different playable characters. Every time it happens I yell, "It's Ma'am!" lmao
She usually has Frank's voice until the first hook...
How did they break a killer they didn't touch is beyond me
They release a new killer and completely unrelated things get bugged

They even nerfed legion's killer instinct so Gf won't be too op...
