Infectious Fright + M&A + Distressing?

Has anyone tried this combo yet? I saw another user mention a 48 meter Infectious Fright Myers user, and I was curious if anyone has tried this combo on other Killers, such as Hillbilly, Doc, or even Legion with his Iridiscent Button.

Is this actually a somewhat viable combo if you were to throw Ruin on it? Or would you consider something for more tracking, like BBQ? What about Tinkerer to give them a false sense of security?

    Worth it for any insta down Killer, they used to have Infectious Fright where it showed auras instead of any Survivor, it was crazy how you could just chain down all Survivors and win the game in under a minute.
