whispers on doc is the most pepega thing i have ever heard
he is arguably the only killer who doesn't benefit from whispers at all
In what way is OP's reasoning faulty, given that the Doctor is slower in Treatment Mode and slows while changing modes?
Doctor doesn't get slowed anymore when changing modes, they changed that a long time ago.
Doesn't get slowed beyond 110%, no, but he is slowed to 110% when switching from punishment to treatment, since his movement speed is altered from 115% to 110%. But I admit, that could've been worded better.

Start of the game press escape, find out which survivor the obsession is playing as and hope there is only one of that particular survivor. Then never put the obsession to sleep the entire game until the end
Explain your reasoning? As it entire point in the build is to ensure that there Is a survivor close enough to gain madness, it is the initial locator and when they scream you have your target.
