SWF matchmaking is broken and unfair for killers
Why if there is a SWF of a rank 4, rank 8, rank 14 and rank 15 they get a rank 15 killer? THAT IS SO {insert bad word} UNFAIR. Every streamer is see who is playing SWF is rank 1-5, but they play with low rank teammates so he can get low rank killers to bully them. I suggest to get them matched with a killer with similar rank to the highest ranked member of the team. So, for example, now, if the aforementioned SWF wants to play a match, they will be matched with a rank 5 killer. Now THIS is fair.

Behavior have shown over and over again that they balance their game on the lower ranks, the ranks 10-20. Of course their matchmaking system would account for the lowest ranked member of a SWF so they can have an easier game.
You wouldn't want them to not have fun, would you?
SWFs should be matched with killers who are higher ranked than they are to counter their advantage.
SWF really doesn't matter at all, if you get 4 good survivors you're likely to lose and if you get 4 bad survivors you're likely to win. these groups being swf doesn't really impact anything

Information makes you a better survivor.
good players don't need information like that from each other and bad players don't do anything good with it. i would say the only time using voice chat is ever cheesy is if someone's using object
Miaasma you are either guilty of what he mentioned or you think you are better than you are. Information is everything in this game. A team made up of just okay and mediocre players with voice comm is far more difficult to deal with than four good solo survivors.
