How does new MoM work against OHD perks?

One hit down perks like Noed, Make your choice, rancor and devour hope 3?

    The current PTB version, it counters them if you achieved all stacks. In their probably final version, the one coming to live, it will be just like the current one; imsta-downs wont trigger it, thus countering MoM.

    Note that if it does end up being like the current version in that regard, it will still block things that normally OHD if the Survivor in question is already injured.

    Yes, but in that case the presence of an insta-down is irrelevant.

    Right, but whether or not MoM blocks the chainsaw, EW3 Myers, NOED depends on the health state of the Survivor with the active MoM. Injured = yes; Healthy = no.
