Too bad you can't hear anything over the insanely loud chase music but even if there was no chase music you still wouldn't be able to hear anything. Sounds are so messed up, every survivor has built in iron will and no footsteps it's ridiculous how long it's gone on for like this.

Yes please, I'm so done with staying injured against the Plague or a Trapper using the Coil addon and having to listen to that awful injured music.
I hate that there isn't an option for this. It's very annoying too try and listen too survivors when injured but can't because of the ambient music.
