Its looking at a killers power long term vs how survivors are gonna learn to play against them. The bloodpooring is alerting them ahead of time 5 seconds is a good warning to get distance if you notice in time i still think all gens should gain the blood pooring animation and freddy's lullaby should be heard map wide to create more mindgame potential.
Freddy is almost fine! He only needs minor changes. The rework will effectively remove a killer to replace him with a different one who will be balanced against new Legion.

Lol Freddy isnt fine. He has to wait 7 seconds just to hit someone.
@FireHazard certainly feels like bait...
And in return is impossible to stealth against and knows where you are all the time, and is the best killer for slowing down the game.
@FireHazard As a Freddy main... I'm excited. With teleporting now, he might be one of the best killers to protect a totem, which is polar opposite from him now
@LordGlint He deserves it, he was like this for 2 years. He deserves some nice reworks.
