Can we expect a lower price for the Ghostface “chapter”?
With no new survivor, no new survivor perks, and no new map, I can only assume that’s this won’t be a full priced chapter? Can any devs comment on this?

He'll probably cost the same as Bubba.
He will most likely be around the same price as Bubba and Ash.
