As killer: a disconnect, toxic survivors that use crutch perks and call me a f a g g o t w h o r e, and a crappy survivor sided map
As survivor: Camped or tunneled, trash team, killer sided maps, disconnects (from both survivor and/or killer), and toxic killers

This isn't a "pretty good job so far" moment this isn't the devs fault this is our communities fault.
I can give you advice for only 2 things from this list... maybe 3
Father Campbell's chapel killer sided map? wth?
And half of the Macmillan maps? There is a 4 of the 5 maps from this realm that contains a god windows. So no, this maps are not killer sided.
Maybe take a break for a bit. I've been playing Days Gone since release and it is so much fun. Getting chased by a Horde gives you a horror feel.

Most of the things that you're complaining about aren't controlled by the devs. I'm sorry you feel that RNG isn't on your side.
Guaranteed safe spots are looper-sided, not survivor-sided. Majority of survivors are not good at looping, it seems. Most survive mostly by avoiding detection. This is especially true in the lower ranks, where most people are.
This is why in overall stats Coldwind is the most survivor-sided map, while maps like Lery's and The Game have the lowest survival rates, because it's harder to hide from the killer in these maps.
Also as ihatelife said, MacMillan maps I find are easy mode for Survivors. They are dark, the only set of dark map left in the game actually, making stealth a good possibility, and some of them spawn with tons of good looping parts side by side, like Suffocation Pit.

Coal tower is honestly one of the most balanced maps as either side have a very good chance of winning it comes down to skill on that map honestly.
