Yes but Doctor honestly needs it and it's one of the main reasons Madness is better than Deep Wounds. Sure it can't down you, but it does prevent items and repairs, buying time. Good tracking depending on the addons as well.

But I find it irritating that you can't heal a slug while in Madness 3. Or Mend. Both of those are super lame situations.
The worst thing about Madness 3 is that you cannot Mend.
It was before but now that mend doesn't go down in TR it isn't a big deal. @se05239
Considering it's the only thing he really has going for him I'm not gonna begrudge the doctor for that. He's the only killer who naturally counters flashlights
