new item for survivor: painkillers
one time use: consumed
Use to overcome pain. In the next 30 seconds, if you are to be put into dying state instead activate bleed out timer for 25 seconds. If you take any damage during the bleed-out timer or if the bleed-out timer ends, you will be put into the Dying State.
