Iron Grasp on Hag or Leatherface if they intend to camp or trap the basement isn't all that useless. I've seen Hags more deadly with basement builds lately.
Play With Your Food is really good on Billy, if you only use your saw.
Distressing is wonderful on Daddy Myers if you use infectious fright +tuft of hair/dead rabbit. It's actually a very fun build.

You're wrong about both monsterous shrine and iron grasp.
I use both at high rank with my hag's basement build. With iron grasp and agitation she moves faster with a survivor on her shoulder.
With monsterous shrine the survivors team can't push gens and get them before they go to struggling.
With territorial imperative and Hag traps, they have to crouch into the basement, slowing the unhook, letting me catch them with my early warning. sending them sprinting out to trip my traps as they try to escape. now i got 2 in my basement.
That being said... Useless perk combo:
Spies from the shadows is broken atm. Doesn't work.
my fave stupid one is.... Tinkerer on Huntress. (her hum isn't her TR, so they still hear you coming, even if you reach them)
@ShrekIsHot But hasn't there been a build lately that has both infectious fright and distressing as a tier 3 super snowball?

To be fair, Adrenaline could still come in handy in some situations but since you're using No Mither you're probably not living until then anyway.

You see though, that set up is meant for a basement build, not a general build for anything or any benefit to you at securing kills, Monstrous Shrine doesn't do very much.
it does, it forces swf to get off gens and save their friend in the basement.
I do, however agree, that if it worked on normal hooks it would be 200% better.
You want to know the BEST add-ons to use on any killer.
