Give generator repair a 1sec wind up animation
This will prevent generator tapping. Ruin is designed to be based off of a skill check. Gen tapping is slower then then regular repair but it bypasses the perks primary mechanic.
This will make drive by regression stoppage take 1second. It's pretty ridiculous how mid chase if I see a gen regressing I can tap repair as I sprint by. The characters hands don't even touch the generator lol.
