PLEASE for the love of this game- FIX THIS BUG !!!!!
As soon as a match starts, you have the Wiggle bar, and it stays like that the whole game. Even in chase, doing gens, doing totems, after being hooked, you cant heal yourself, sometimes you cant unhook anyone else or heal them. It makes it almost impossible to run at all even crouch with urban evasion. And in chase it will cause you to completely stop running and not move, like its glitching out. Makes it very hard to play and very unenjoyable. So PLEASE can you guys fix this when you do a new update, thats all I ask???? And if anyone else is having this issue please dont hesitate to comment or say so or make your own discussion about it so that the Devs will see this!!!! It makes my favorite game to play very unenjoyable. And i really love this game. Thanks!!!!!

its happened to me 3 times in the past hour I have played
That complaint was people on PC, i'm on PS4. Either way it's ridiculous that it's still not fixed if so many people have it happening continuously.
Also happens on Xbox, so it is a System Wide Bug. And the devs will probably patch it in the mid chapter.
Its happening even more often now like its something the killers are doing and its catching on. at this point he is right it used to be such a fair awesome game to play and this video does show you how this game went from 100 to 0 real fast. PLEASE FIX THE GAME THAT A LOT OF US USED TO PLAY AND LOVE SO MUCH MORE THAN NOW! I will upload everytime this happens from now on until you guys decide you want to stop with the bullcrap and fix a real issue

This is not the place for bug reports and a report has already been made. @LastShoe was just giving you a heads up and you turned rude about it. The developers read the forums but they don't have time to give everyone a personal response otherwise they wouldn't be working on the game.
