[End-Game] Reduce 1 min for each died survivor in it
If for example, 3 survivors arrive to the "end-game", to put more "tension" and more difficulty for the people who risk, for each survivor killed in the end-game the counter decreases 1 min.
To give the killer an advantage if the 4 survivors have reached the end-game and the killer has made 8 hooks and they are all at 1 hook, if he caught a survivor in the final game and killed him, the timer would automatically decrease 1 minute, if he killed another the timer would decrease another minute ... so there would be a lot more tension in the final part and it would make the survivors have to leave yes or yes
Do you think it's a good idea?

They need to make sure Yakety Sax starts playing too when there is only 1 minute and 1 survivor.
^^
i approve lmao
the timer is always 3 minutes.
So what's to stop a killer just using warden getting a third hook block and just chasing the survivors for points and everyone farming at that point or doing a triple mori and letting the last guy die
To play Devil's Advocate here, say the survivors power the last generator and I have one guy slugged and I'm chasing a second. I down the second guy, open a gate to start the collapse, hook my slug, hook the second guy. Now the remaining survivors have about 60 seconds (slowed) to save the people on the hooks and leave.
Not too bad, right?
Now let's throw bloodwarden into the mix. The gates are blocked for 60 seconds. Unless the survviors are super smart and leave them on the hook while bloodwarden expires, they're not going to be able to escape.
Or even a more likely scenario, you throw NOED into the mix and down someone as they go for a save. You hook them and that knocks off that last minute. Everyone's dead.
It's a neat idea, but it would be a little silly in practice.
not available with mori only hook :)
Sure, I think it's a good idea even for experienced ranks. I've thought about this idea to make the end-game more dangerous and create both killer and survivor strategies.
The trailer said that downing a survivor or hooking them halts/slowdown the timer, so i doubt any of those situations presented would do anything. Noed and Blood warden are counter-productive to the timer. 3 minute timer is too long and I think it will almost never expire before everyone escapes. 2 minutes might be a better compromise in my opinion.
Simple Solution. Blood Warden blocks the gates for 1/2 the collapse time, however long it is.
@Devil_hit11 or maybe after doing gens survs are immediately put on hooks just to make sure you will win your lategame?
dude i know you dont think about many things and options... imagine scenario: after timer starts 30 sec chase( far from open gate) killer downed and hooked surv and brings him even further away from gates do you think any random surv will go there to save while seeing timer? nah(even now randoms just left you to die) so that "end-game" just push you even harder into SWF...
dont forget about lategame pig... noed and bloodwarden you said those doesnt have synergy with new end-game, i would tell its opposite maybe not 100% synergy but i would tell 80%, both perks makes late game longer...
and btw remember me in close hatch game scenario is monkaS noed is active then as well, bitter murmur too ...
i will tell it in advance because im 100% positive you will call me surv main that never played killer... i have 1000h on surv and 800h on killers
i like closing hatch but that timer after gate is open is monkaS its too exploitable from killers perspective just block surv on loop (just like killers are bloodlusting now), he isnt downed, he isnt hooked so timer is going down => that only rewards killer for keeping surv hostage without catching him
@Peanits wait... so Blood Warden does not affect the timer?
The collapse isn't supposed to be that effective. It's to combat people holding the game hostage and give survivors reason and pressure to leave. I think Kills by collapse are going to be a rare occasion on people that a dumb enough to not leave an already opened exit gate.
I do feel like 3 minutes is a lot of time to just run out of a gate. Unless somebody is already downed or hooked when the collapse begins, the killer can't really make any more big changes on the outcome. Look at the game Last Year for a counter-example. The final section of the match also has a timed window, but it's a much harsher time limit and the killer is still capable of making powerful plays in that final push. More elaborate exit gates might be something to take into consideration to help add some real tension to the collapse.
Just end it with the hook there. If you hook someone the timer ends and everyone dies and the killers gets 50k BP for each survivor killed by the entity.
