I’ve played this game for two years and used self care like 5 times.
Small game. The perk where you suck a lot of c-ocks
Survivor, Deja Vu and Killer Insidious or Monstrous Shrine
@PhantomMask20763 I'd say Surveillance is even less used. And hey, at least I see Insidious from time to time on Leatherface.
I also never see Stake Out and Detective's Hunch.
