Pikachu is the new killer in the upcoming dlc

Killer power:

Thundershock: Stun Survivors for 1 second with a shock of electricity.

Perks:

Volt Tackle:

Your next attack after damaging a generator will cause you to charge forward with 115% movement speed for 2 seconds.

Iron Tail:

After breaking a pallet, your next attack will deal double damage once for 30 seconds.

Double Team:

During a chase, there is a slight chance the survivor will be surrounded by fake versions of the killer for 2 seconds.

Mori:

Pikachu using Thunder Attack to call down a lightning bolt and shock the survivor to death.

Since Ash doesn't have killer for the upcoming dlc for him I feel as though we should add Nea as a playable killer for all.

Incirion

For Volt Tackle, 115% is already base movement speed for most killers, and the lunge is 150%, so you should definitely up the movement speed for the perk, or just have it affect the distance/speed of your normal lunge.
