How the hell does the timing for the winter fire starter works?
When they first were out, we'd see people rescue them left and right. Now I'm trying to burn through my stupid high collection of them and how effective they are seems super random.

ugh i had this issue....the chinese fire crackers are the worst from the lunar event....no matter what i do i rarely blind....and heck i hadn't done a rescue in a while...if you don't want the firecrackers, just trade them for something in a chest, is what i did lol
