It was literally so fast I actually blinked and missed it. I had to go back and watch the recording to see what actually happened. I wasn't even sure if my character on the HUD even had a moment off the Hooked state, but it does, for like a 10th of a second.
If you pressed down shift and tried to run into one direction, you maybe maybe could have dead harded out of that situation. Worked for me more than once.
And then on the other end of the spectrum, you can actually have full control of your character and even if the killer hits you while you're moving around you take no damage.
The unhook i-frames are super inconsistent. Maybe it has to do with connection, so maybe they'll get better when servers come out.
I wish BHVR didnt even introduce the system, it is so badly executed.... sometimes you get killed during the unhook animations, sometimes you are still invulnerable seconds afetr moving away.....
I dont know why they even introduced this stupid system in the first place, punish the farming survivors and we wouldnt even have such a situation

And the funny thing is when you play killer they touch the ground, run half a mile down the road, you hit them and somehow it still doesn't count!
I wish this worked for me, #########.

Works like intended
@Tzeentchling9
You meant I-frames working as intended.

Still a bullshit situation there, I agree.
@Tzeentchling9 right there with you.

It was worse before. Before this system the killer could ALWAYS hit you midair. No room for defence. Now atleast we SOMETIMES get away. Though buggy.
