is ptb spine chill meant to detect killer through walls or not like it used to?
May be wrong place to ask this but its a ptb affected perk so, yeah just wondering if it's intended to or not or if its bugged that it doesn't right now, currently believe it doesn't in the ptb, but I've heard people and me confused on the wording of the perk, since they got rid of the "clear line of sight" wording. I saw people hope it means at least it works thru walls but now only once every 30 seconds. I hope it does work thru walls again in the live build, because then we'd have some detection feature again, but just not always on like it used to be. Every 30 seconds, so it's more balanced. The cooldown could be shorter tbh tho.
