Make the Ghoul's power not ping based
The Ghoul cannot even use their power at all if you have terrible ping during a match and i honestly think that BHVR needs to update him where his power is not based on ping, i just think having killer powers based on ping is kind of a bad idea for a killer like Ghoul.
