Falsely Banned & EAC isn’t helpful
I was playing with my friends while she streams the game after doing a couple of custom matches, after we finished customs and went into an actual public match not even that long into the game while im working on the last gen i get random disconnected and banned from the game dur to EAC accusing me of cheating; a permanent game ban that was placed on my account the 19th of august. the in game message states that I was banned by Easy Anti-Cheat on behalf of the game developer. when i have whitenesses who can also vouch for me, i’ve been playing dead by daylight for a couple years now and most of that time spent was on console, i started playing on pc and i have over 100 hours on the game by playing with friends or other streamers who i know, I made an appeal to EAC only to get denied each time when i gave the opportunity to provide evidence or testimonies regarding the ban.
I strictly read over the guidelines and TOS and never violated a single one, i dont account share and i dont give my account to anyone, the amount of time and money spent just to be banned like that and denied without an actually review is insane, i just want to play the game with my friends but instead im banned for nothing at all.

You won't get any help on here, mods can't do anything about bans.
If EAC has applied a ban, there is nothing that we can do - we cannot unban if EAC has banned you. It is with them that the appeal is - and like us, they do accept one appeal where the accounts etc are checked.
