i need to buy the DND chapter again?

I owned the DND chapter for a few months, but i logged on today to see a 500 auric cells mark in front of The Lich, it still says i have him prestiged, and his perks are still playable on other killers. but i cant play him nor Aestri? im on Switch and i was hoping if i can possilby get the back? or at least get my 1000 auric cells back? im on Switch if that helps

    You need to contact Behavior's customer support for this issue you are not going to get help for it here. It might take a while to them to respond as they have a huge backlog of tickets to go through currently. If it was somehow accidentally removed they will re-enable it for you. So you should not need to buy him again.
