Universal perks as charms
Ever since the rework to the prestige system back in 2022, character perk charms have been a staple in many players' loadouts: not surprising, since as long as you have the character unlocked, they are completely free to obtain. I, too, run perk charms in my hooks depending on the Killer. If you run into an Artist player in EU who has the Hex: Pentimento charm on the hooks, it might very well be me!
But for years now, there has been a very noticeable omission. Universal perks as charms. And that got me thinking, why have we never gotten those too?
Of course, that begs the question: how would you even unlock them? I think it's simple: make it a reward for prestiging any character of a specific role to 9, to unlock all the universal perk charms for that role. And if that's too easy, make it a requirement of, say, 5 Prestige 9's per role.
Surely it shouldn't be too difficult to implement?
