Couple addon change requests
I was hoping to get a couple addons for Hillbilly changed that no one ever uses because they're literally useless. Could Lead Counterweight be changed to disable Overdrive instead of reducing the sprints turning, and Steel Boots should be changed to increase Hillbilly's steering by 10%, it makes more sense this way since Dad's Boots and Spiked Boots already do this, just with more stats because of increased rarity.
The reason I'm requesting these changes is because I just do not like Overdrive. It's WAYYY better than the overheat we had to deal with for so long, but when it kicks in mid-turn it costs me more downs than it gets me, I would just like a way to turn it off so my killer's power is consistently functional rather than clunky.
