Hillbilly lo pro chains addon
Add-on Rework Suggestion: Giving LoPro Chains a Balanced Second LifeThe Problem: The current iteration of LoPro Chains is deeply unsatisfying. Removing the post-break curve window while keeping the Deep Wound nerf leaves the add-on with virtually zero high-skill reward. Hitting an injured survivor only to grant them an Endurance-style speed boost feels like the Killer is being punished for making a play.Proposed Solution: Revert the curve-window physics removal, but balance the add-on using the game's existing Deep Wound/Endurance logic:
- Hit 1 (Healthy Survivor): Inflicts the standard Injured state.
- Hit 2 (Injured Survivor): Inflicts the Deep Wound status effect (does not down them) and triggers a standard chainsaw cooldown.
- Hit 3 (Deep Wounded Survivor): Puts the survivor into the Dying State.
Why this works: This preserves the fun, high-skill expression of Hillbilly's mechanical curve timing without making it oppressive. Healthy survivors still get three chances to play around a pallet drop, giving them a fair counterplay window, while the Killer is properly rewarded for tracking down a bleeding survivor.
Or even make it a bit worse like it is now but give back the curve window so the addon isnt dead like its now Beacuse honestly billy has like 4 good addons so having lo pro with curve window back but make it so it cant even down wouldnt be that bad Beacuse it would be fun at least.
But another idea would be so that they would leave it without curve window but make it so it can down Beacuse right now the addon is just dead and horrible it doesnt even deserve Purple rarity maybe like blue at most and that’s honestly everything i just want for them to either take one of these ideas but knowing behavior it probably will never happen or make some other of his addons more fun Beacuse every billy you play against now has the same two addons which are engravings and spiked boots and i dont think playing them over and over is fun anymore.
