disconnection with suspension issues

twice yesterday i had been disconnected from the servers as a killer. it happened on TWO occasions only after hitting a survivor for the first time in a match. the second time it happened, i ended up getting a 15 minute ban from joining a server.

has this been an issue for anyone else during the event?

    forgot to mention, after the hit, both me and the survivor slid to a nearby corner, froze for a quick two seconds and than disconnected.

    This sounds like an internet issue.

    Usually when the Server actually crashes, you dont get a penalty. And in the Endboard you see that you have 0 BPs while everyone else has their BPs. (This is the same for all players in the Trial, so nobody gains BP)

    Agree. I never get a DC penalty when it’s a disconnection caused on the server side.

    Dedicated Server not Responding message does not mean server is in fault it just means that you did not get the packet from the server and most likely the server did not get one from you. So its connection issue as othes said. Server crash does not give penalties.
