The Killer: The Great Inquisitor (Vitalis Benevent)

Power: Rat Dominion - Vitalis do not spawn on the map but in his throne room from the end of the game. Vitalis can controll rats on the proper map. On the map the rats can create 4 eruptions in the ground named tunnels. The Rats also have an tornado mode that can destroy pallets instantly but it slow down the rats. Upon a succesfull hit on the survivour it gives the effect bitten. Upon the second succesfull hit in this mode the rats pick up the survivour instantly. The killer do have 2 mories where the first is the normall one and the second is when the bitten efect is on an survivour with 2 hooks. While playing against this killer the map becomes darker. The survivors can fiind pile of sticks. As an survivor you can pick up sticks and ignnite them from torches around the map to stun and make scatter the rats; this make Vitalis to loose controll of the rats possibly loosing the chase. If the stick is not used within 10 seconds the stick burns down and you have to get another. If you scatter the rats while in Tornado mode Vitalis get stunned for 3 seconds loosing control of the rats. This killer is supposed to be an Snowball/Mobility Killer.

Perks:

  1. Hex: Epidemic : An dull totems ignites at the start of the match. While the totem is ignited any player that consumes their entire item they gain exposed as long as the players still have the item in their possesion. After the totem is cleansed the perk will become innactive
  2. Musophobia : Upon hitting an survivor that survivor becomes scared. The survivor scream after 10 seconds. Any survivor withing 10 m of them scream aswell. Cooldown of 40 seconds.
  3. Grotesque Scene : The perk becomes active after you moried someone. While an survivor come in an 20 meters radius of the moried body they scream revealing their location for 2 seconds.

(I want to say I do love both games: Dbd and Plauge Tale: Innocence and would love to see them colaborate and create an licensed chapters. Hope you like my ideas)

    Hex: Epidemic seems easily counterable unless your stupid and dont drop the item
