So.. When are we getting any perk changes?

pidgeon

With diminishing returns coming to the game we have literally lost so much build variety due to the fact that stacking builds got a huge nerf. Will we be receiving any actual perk changes? I don't mean like 5 perks get minor numbers buffs, I was hoping for an actual perk overhaul in order to compensate for diminishing returns cough cough (Haste & Hindered Rework pls)
