Increase Jason/The Slasher's endlag when leaving his ability

I feel like this would be a healthy nerf, as most of the time if you're doing gen, you can just traverse the entire map and teleport however you want with hardly any negatives, while also weaponizing possible vault or pallet stun locations, leaving the survivor with nothing.

TLDR: give the survivors more time to react to Slasher, as unless you've got speed boost or you've got a competent team, you're really not getting away from him if he exits his ability near you.

    He really does not need nerfs, if you think he needs nerfs you just need to get better, because as it stands he's the most balanced killer in the entire game by a large margin.
